Shanghai Hengli Mould Co., Ltd is established in October, 2006, it is an enterprise which specialized in the mould designing, manufacturing and plastic injection molding. Our company have professional designers, and 40 workers, fixed assets 5 million, our factory is 2500 square meters grounds, in which there are 2000 square meters for workshop.
At present, we have many advanced machines bought from Taiwan. EDM, 3D measuring apparatus, 10 sets 50T-500T calmping injection molding machine. We choose CAD/CAM/CAE as our operation system, and build inner and outside network architecture,
So that we can make them come true between the developing and fictitiousness. In order to guarantee the quality of the products,

Through cooperating with different customers and different cases, company adopts different types of hot flow channel system to tooling and manufacture the mould, (eg. Yudo, mould-tip INCO), and we have plenty experience of designing the mold in DME, HASCO standard.
